• Will the pool pump cover rust?

Aluminum by its nature does not rust. The thick powder coating also acts as a protective layer against any corrosion.

• How long will it take to complete my pool pump cover?

Generally, we should be able to finish the install within 5-7 weeks of ordering.

• Will the pool equipment have enough ventilation?

Because the side slats have gaps between them, your pool equipment will be adequately ventilated. If your pump is often in full sunlight, heat will dissipate much quicker when shaded by the cover. Heat pumps are the only exception, requiring greater ventilation. Therefore we create a cut out around the heat pump fan.

• Will the pool equipment be easy to access?

The entire front and top of our pool pump covers open up, enabling incredible ease of access for maintenance of pool equipment.

• Will the housing be compliant with regard to pool safety?

We will ensure the location and design of your pool pump cover meets all current QBCC pool safety laws. We are able to make the pool pump cover non-climbable if its situated next to a pool fence by keeping the gaps between slats to 10mm or less.

• Are the enclosures watertight?

No, rain will still be able to get in, however it doesn't matter if pool equipment gets wet.
